The check-in process is really intuitive and seamless.

I encountered a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. I found a hairball in the shower and a blurry mirror, which left me quite disappointed. I noticed that the area outside the window was filled with garbage containers. Lastly, the absence of cleaning service added to my frustration, especially considering it was more than just a short visit.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was perfect. Liked staying at the perfectly clean room with extras like toilet rolls. Just 5 minutes on foot to Jernbanetorget underground, was a big plus.

It made my trip to Oslo a really comfortable experience. Appreciated my 4 nights stay. The staff were friendly. The room was good looking with extras like toilet rolls, a cosy bed, a nice bathroom, the check-in was smooth😃

A charming studio with surprises

The self-check-in was smooth. I appreciated the seamless communication via WhatsApp for any enquiries I had.

The lack of a physical reception was a downside for me. Checking in without a personal touch felt odd, and I missed having a clock in the room to keep track of time. The street noise was quite disruptive at times, which detracted from the otherwise cozy atmosphere.

Got great and cozy room with a cosy bed, a nice bathroom plus fully equip the kitchen had a fabulous stay overall.

I was disapointed to have to walk for breakfast, I'm not a mile-runner. All I wanted was a proper meal within the hotel. How am I to rely on my phone for access? It's so easy to break! I would think a simple complimentary treat for my troubles woudl ve been nice, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Great flat with free Wi-Fi and cozy electric kettle, but luggage storage could improve.

Absolutely amazing place ❤️. It's very central, cosy, and newly decorated. I loved the little personal touches like the handwritten welcome note and the Polaroid camera. Self check-in was easy, and communication was prompt.

Bob W Sentralen has everything for a great city stay! The room is well-equipped with reusable water bottles, a yoga mat, and even a Polaroid camera. The laundry room is super handy, and there's easy communication with the hosts via WhatsApp. Breakfast deals with nearby cafes are a bonus!
